SECURE INDIVIDUAL DOORBELLS

Sunshine Tenant Applications are carefully screened to insure they fit with a mix of tenants who are considerate of other tenants’ comfort and security.  References, a one year lease, and one month security deposit are required.  All tenants are expected to pay their rent on time, take good care of their apartment and be respectful of neighbors.  Dogs are not allowed.
