Sunshine Corner Apartment Building is an anchor on the corner of Lake George Ave. and Montcalm St. in beautiful, historic, downtown Ticonderoga, NY.  Built in 1908, previously known as the Adkins and Scott building, it is a three story twentieth century brick building with remnants of Victoria detailing.  Its brick detailing enhances its appearance and heightens its impact.
